The Shout NZ Hospitality Business March 2019

Big Reds with Cameron Douglas MS

What defines a BIG RED wine? Well for some it’s an abundance of tannin, for others – weight and richness with loads of fruit flavours.  A Big Red can have all these attributes, but must also be balanced with great length and complexity. Your Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas will be tasting and evaluating some of New Zealand’s finer red wines for the March 2019 issue of The Shout NZ Hospitality Business, make sure your wines are included.

**SPECIAL TASTING** Bucket list Central/North Otago wines with Cameron Douglas MS

This month, Cameron Douglas MS will also be sharing his bucket list central/north Otago wines!  Make sure your wines are submitted and gain some fresh tasting notes from one of New Zealand’s most renowned sommeliers.  Make sure they’re included in this stellar line up in The Shout NZ Hospitality Business.
